Cancellation Policies for the Winter Season 2023/24
Until when can I cancel my holiday? What are the costs?
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
6 weeks to 3 weeks before arrival date 50% of the total cost is payable.
3 weeks to one week before arrival 70% of the total booking value will be charged.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, 90% of the total booking value will be charged.
In case of late arrival and early departure, the room rate will be charged in full.
Of course we will try to re-let the cancelled rooms. If we are successful, the cancellation fee will be waived!
